General Conditions

> According to your request, we prepare a detailed proposal with quotation.
> Upon your written confirmation by mail/fax we send a Confirmation/Pro Forma Invoice.
> A 30% deposit is required within 10 days; services are considered definitely confirmed only after receiving payment of this deposit.
> Full payment must be settled 3 weeks prior to arrival. If we do not receive full payment within the terms, we reserve the right to cancel all the required services.
> Payments have to be made by bank transfer to our bank account. (Please send us a copy of your bank transfer by fax or mail) Your bank costs are at your charge.
> Rates and conditions are subject to changes due to any price and cost variations.
> Cancellation fees: Cancellation at least 1 month prior to arrival: 10% of total Pro Forma Invoice + supplier's fees. Cancellation from 1 month to 5days prior to arrival: 30% of total Pro Forma Invoice + supplier's fees. Cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival: no refund.
